Once again the charity ran a “Dragons’ Den” event (on 29th November) at the Newmarket Academy.
Academy students were invited to pitch for grants from the “Dragons” (representatives from the charity’s Community Committee). The pitches should take about 5 mins, using whatever materials the students felt appropriate. The Dragons then privately discussed the pitch, then invite the student back into the room to find out if they have been successful or not.
