New Youth Worker Appointed to Support Young People Across Newmarket

Newmarket Charitable Foundation is pleased to announce the appointment of a new full-time Youth Worker, Viny Menga, through a partnership with 4YP – a well-established Ipswich-based charity with rich experience in youth work in various locations. Viny joined the team his month to help deliver an ambitious programme of support and engagement for young people in the town. Supporting Viny will be Makeda Menga, who will act as administrator and contact for those involved with the project.

Viny brings a wealth of experience from a career dedicated to youth work and supporting young people’s development. He will work closely with other local organisations and services to ensure young people in Newmarket have access to the widest possible range of opportunities.

Josh Schumann, Director of Newmarket Charitable Foundation, said: “The Foundation has long recognised the need for more targeted support for young people in Newmarket, and we are delighted to have secured the funding needed to bring Viny into post.”
