A fabulous evening was had by all on the 3rd November at a dinner hosted at the Bedford Lodge, with Sir Geoff Hurst as the truly brilliant guest speaker. With an audience of over 130 involved in a hugely energetic auction involving World Cup memorabilia, the event raised DOUBLE the funds anticipated – all in aid of supporting local groups to make a real difference in the community.
