Newmarket is known worldwide for its historic links to horseracing. Yet, there is currently no public riding school for the general community within the town.
Establishing a riding school will create opportunities for everyone, of all ages, from across Newmarket to have the opportunity to learn to ride horses within their local area.
The public riding school would be an independent and complementary facility to the fabulous work of the Newmarket Pony Academy, which is hosted at the British Racing School..
The charity would be playing an active role in accessing funds to support the establishment of the facility, and identifying a partner organisation to deliver the service.
